Egy tapasztalt hajógyáros Zelezny és két fiatal világszínvonalú kajakos Honza Lasko és Viktor Legat adta össze a tudását, hogy megszülessen egy új cseh vadvízes márka, a ZET. Egyelőre két változatuk van: Raptor a nagyoknak, Veloc a kicsiknek.

A számokat a többi márkával összehasonlítva szembetűnik, hogy a hosszához és a szélességéhez viszonyítva igen nagy a litertérfogata. Erről majd később.
A beülőnyílás nagyobb az átlagnál, ez kényelmi, illetve biztonsági szempontból jó, az más kérdés, hogy ha le kell cserélni emiatt a spraydecket.
Pár kilót sikerült lefaragni a súlyából is, köszönhetően leginkább a belső könnyű anyaghasználatnak.
If we compare the numbers with the other brands we can see that comparing the lenght and wide the Raptor has relatively bigger volume. I will write about it later.
The cockpit is bigger than the avarage which is good if we look the comfort and safety. Of course it's another question if you have to change your sprayskirt.
Due to the light inside they could save a few kilos from the weight.

Első ránézésre még nem is tűnik annyira fel, de ha egy másik mellé rakjuk, akkor látjuk, hogy ez a plusz pár liter levegő a hajó elejében és hátuljában lett elrejtve, valamivel vaskosabb a társainál. Határozott éle és széles alja van, stabilnak tűnik.

Külső formai kialakításban nehéz ma már radikálisan újat mutatni. Ami viszont az apróbb részleteket és a belsőt illeti, a ZET-ben találunk néhány meglepően egyszerű és okos újdonságot. Úgy tűnik számomra, hogy a gyártók igyekeztek a többi márka hibáiból tanulni, illetve ezeket alapvetően kiküszöbölni. Ilgyen például, hogy csupán a lábtámasz rögzítésénél van átlyukasztva a hajótest, minden más egyébként lyukat igánylő alkatrész (ülés, combtámasz, deréktámasz) belülről kerül rögzítésre a beülőnyílás belső pereméhez. A fogóhoz pedig egy kis púp van öntve, ebbe vannak belecsavarozva.. Tisztább, szárazabb érzés!

One of this is that the hulk is holed just at the fixing of the footrest (but you can order a model also without footrest and without a hole at all), and the rest of the tools - which otherwise need holes, like the seat, knee pads, hippads - are fixed to the inside part of the cockpit rim. For the handles there is shaped a little hump from the plastic and are screwed into. Clean and dry!

Az ülés tömör hab, teljes felületén fekszik fel a hajó aljára, valamint oldalt is ki van tömörítve kemény habbal. A csípőtámasz a régi Zelezny hajókban gyakran használt tépőzárral van rögzítve, ami hasonlóan fix, akár a heveder, viszont állítható.
A behorpadások elkerülése végett pedig az egész hajó alján egy belső merevítés megy végig, az ülés alatt kiszélesedve.
The seat is a compact foam which lies with the whole surface on the bottom, and there is a fitting also on the side to avoid all the movents. The hip pads are fixed with velcro - which was often used in the old Zelezny boats - which is as stable as the straps but you can adjust it better.

Avoiding the bottom-bucklings there is a strong plastic bracing under the seat.
Apróság, de sok esetben megkönnyíti a dolgunkat, hogy a háttámasz mögött van egy kötélgyűrű, amire minden felszerelésünket rá lehet aggatni.
Az anyag egyelőre erősnek és rugalmasnak tűnik, érdemben majd Korzika után tudok róla írni.
Mégegy apróság, hogy egyetlen imbuszkulcs elég valamennyi csavarhoz, európai szabvány, akárcsak a csavarok, itthon is be lehet szerezni, ha szükség van rá.

A vizen On the water
Mint hogy széles, lapos alja és határozott éle van, a vizen stabil és barátságos. Könnyen fordul, akár egy döntéssel is ki lehet állni a limányba. Okos és gyors hajó, sokat segít a kajakosnak. Egyszerű vele eszkimózni. Teljesen jól állítható és testre szabható a belső fitting.

Due to the extra air, the nose of the kayak will come out first from the water so the Raptor reacts friendly after the drops and boofs and the holes do not pull back that easy.
